Take a moment to let the news and the story about wonder and loss settle in the body.
An invitation to name what generates a sense of wonder, or feelings of loss when listening to the news.
Begin preparation of garlic mixture.
The collective crushes the garlic, each takes a turn, then passes onto the next person, moving in a clockwise direction around the circle.

15:30 Tasting and Closing the Circle
Add raw sugar to the crushed garlic mixture then taste the mixture, passing the bowl around the circle.
A reminder of the mixture’s properties as well as the soft score, to help build up collective resilience, for the dark times that lie ahead.
